I’ve been battling sinus congestion the last few days like most of Middle Tennessee. Last night, I opened a bottle of tea tree oil and set it on the table next to me while I relaxed on the couch with my family. Within ten minutes my sinuses opened up and I was able to take a full breath through my nose again.
I used it again first thing this morning to open my sinuses back up and I’m feeling much better. I’m also hitting this sinus cold with an Elderberry/D3 supplement, garlic capsules, drinking lots of water with lemon and resting when I can. I had a smoothie for breakfast and soup for lunch. I think there’s something to giving the digestive system a rest when we’re sick so our bodies can conserve that energy to fight the infection. It seems to work for me.
How do you treat colds naturally?
