Menu Board: The Answer to “What’s for Dinner?”

The most asked question in our house is, “What’s for dinner?”  Or some variation of that. The boys, including my husband, stand in front of the fridge at least three times a day wondering what we have to eat or what we are having for breakfast, lunch, dinner.  I don’t know why, but I have to be honest, I get tired of answering that question.  Can anyone relate?

That’s why I absolutely LOVE my beautiful new menu board from Shea DeForest on Etsy and I was so excited when she contacted about the idea. The menu board was custom made to match my kitchen and is so much nicer than the notebook piece of paper I used to hang on the fridge.  I got to pick the color of the frame and the lettering style.  I sent Shea photos of my kitchen and she handled the rest.

Here it is, with this week’s menu from The Fresh 20 plus a few of my own.  The glass makes a great dry erase board so it’s easy to make edits or change out the weekly menu.

If you want a lovely way to answer the question – “What’s for dinner?” – check out Shea’s Etsy Shop. I’m thinking my next board will be a To Do list for the boys bathroom or a Word of the Day board for our schoolroom.

How do you answer the question, “What’s for Dinner?”

*I received this board free of charge.  I was not required to write a post and all opinions are my own.
