I relax by taking a hot shower, then reading with a candle lit or the fresh air blowing in. I also relax by cuddling with my 8 month old!

I relax at home by shutting off the tv and opening up the windows if the weather is nice. It’s hard for me to relax when the room’s a mess so I pick a room that is the cleanest. It’s hard with kids around. I like to hear the birds tweeting.
