Over the last few weeks, I haven’t been drinking as much water as normal. I think it’s a combination of all the cozy holiday mornings at home leisurely sipping coffee and the festive holiday nights sipping wine that got me out of the habit. Plus, it’s winter. Because we aren’t hot and thirsty all the time I’ve let our water intake slide.
It’s a bad habit I need to fix. I hate waking up thirsty and I’ve noticed that I start to feel sluggish mid-afternoon when I’m not fully hydrated.
