I love experimenting with new recipes and I really love it when I discover something that everyone likes. This week I made baked white fish, which I usually season with lemon and herbs, but I was out of lemons. I started digging through the fridge and trying to figure out what we could put together that would be a nice addition. My little sis and I came up with this simple yogurt dip that was delicious on fish, but would also be good for dipping veggies, pita chips, or even as a salad dressing.
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 a small cucumber peeled and diced
- tablespoon of fresh cilantro
- sea salt to taste
This is so easy I feel like it can hardly be called a recipe. You just toss the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
