Healthy Cookout Sides for July 4th

I’m having fun with the festive, gluten-free July 4th series.  I can’t wait to make the wreath Krista posted on her blog yesterday and the boys can’t wait to help. 

Today, I’m talking about healthy side dishes for our July 4th cookout.  They also happen to be gluten-free since the challenges of eating gluten-free for holidays and special occasions is what inspired this series. 

I’ve searched the blogoshpere for some of the tastiest, healthiest cookout side dishes and captured the links and photos below.  I think I’ve discovered some new family favorites.  I can’t wait to share these at our July 4th cookout!
